Privacy notice
Your information.
Handled with care.
How information submitted through this website is collected and used. Last updated October 7, 2026.
What this notice covers
This notice describes information collected through the Ten Seven Capital website, including strategic-fit and detailed consultation requests, the Family Office Readiness Assessment, book inquiries, and the presale checkout handoff. It also covers earlier private-introduction submissions. It does not replace notices or written terms that apply to an advisory relationship. If those terms differ, review the applicable engagement documents and ask us for clarification.
Information you choose to provide
Depending on the form, we collect a name, email address, phone number, organization, audience or family context, strategic interests or planning priorities, approximate investable-asset range, timeframe, assessment answers and score, book interests, and any optional message you submit. Detailed consultation requests also record your preferred contact method and whether you separately authorized text follow-up. Please do not enter account numbers, passwords, tax returns, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information into website forms.
How the information is used
We use form submissions to provide an assessment result, review and respond to a request, manage book inquiries and payment reconciliation, and keep an internal record of follow-up. We use marketing preferences only for the updates you elect to receive. Selecting “Text” for a consultation requires a separate, optional consent to individual messages about that request; it does not enroll you in promotional texts. You may choose Email or Phone instead. If you receive a text, reply STOP to opt out of further texts, or use the contact route below.
Services and external destinations
Website form submissions are stored in a restricted lead-management dashboard supported by our website hosting and database services. The Reader Edition payment page is hosted by Stripe; payment-card details are entered with Stripe, not into our website form. Our separate publication signup link is hosted by Constant Contact. The site also uses website analytics to understand aggregate visits and action events; we do not intentionally include personal information in those events. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. A client portal link leads to a third-party platform; review its applicable notices before using it.
Access, retention, and requests
Access to lead records is restricted to authorized administrators. We retain submissions as needed for the purpose for which they were received and for applicable operational, legal, and recordkeeping requirements; a single fixed deletion period is not represented here. To ask about a record, correct it, or request that it be removed where appropriate, submit a detailed inquiry and state that the subject is a privacy request. Do not put sensitive financial or identity documents in that form. We will review the request in light of applicable obligations. No internet form or transmission can be guaranteed secure.
Updates and related information
We may update this notice as website practices change; the last-updated date above identifies the current version. For investment-related and other site statements, see Disclosures & legal. Jurisdiction-specific rights and obligations, and client-specific notices, should be reviewed against the applicable laws and engagement documents.
